Royal Park Partners advises Divido on its Series B Funding Round, raising $30 Million


Overview of the transaction


Divido, one of the world’s largest white-label platforms for retail finance, has raised $30m in funding. The round was led by HSBC and ING, with further participation from SBI, Global Brain, OCS, DG Daiwa Ventures, and Sony Innovation Fund. Existing investors Dawn Capital, DN Capital, IQ Capital, and AMEX Ventures also participated in the round.

This fundraiser will support Divido in its ongoing international rollout while continuing to build out its market-leading platform for lenders and merchants.


 

Overview of Divido

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in London, Divido’s white-label platform connects lenders, merchants and partners at the point of sale, both online and offline. Recognised as an innovator at the very forefront of the ‘BNPL’ space, Divido transforms retail finance with proven technology and industry expertise to create a flexible way to control and configure payments at the point of sale. For banks and traditional lenders, Divido’s platform provides seamless access to the growing 'BNPL' market. For retailers, Divido’s platform provides them with a multi-geo and multi-lender omnichannel solution which gives control of the brand and customer journey. Designed from day one to be geo-agnostic and flexible, Divido's ability to scale across borders primes them to be the dominant 'BNPL' enabler.
