Overview of the transaction
DoDo, one of Europe’s leading last-mile delivery platforms, has announced its Series B funding round lead by EC Investments and J&T Capital with participation from Rockaway Capital, raising €60m.
DoDo will use the investment to further develop its GAIA platform - using real-time data and predictive analytics to maximise efficiency and sustainability. Furthermore, the new funds will be used to support its ongoing buildout of embedded Fintech finance solutions and expansion across Europe.

Launched in 2015 and based in the Czech Republic, DoDo is one of Europe’s leading last-mile delivery platforms, providing logistics services and embedded finance to e-commerce, retail, and fast food companies.
Today, DoDo’s manages a network of over 2000 professional couriers and a fleet of 1250 vehicles providing last-mile delivery services to clients in 53 cities across 7 European countries
A key differentiator of DoDo is its state-of-the-art, data-driven logistics platform “GAIA”, which provides advanced route planning, automated dispatching, peak time optimisation, and embedded finance capabilities.
DoDo’s clients include leading grocery and fast food brands such as Tesco, KFC, Bringmeister, Rewe, and Metro.
